A console that will not power on or display a picture can have several possible faults. Select the make and model in the booking catalogue and check the available repair options. Tell us about any error messages, damage or earlier repairs.
For a display problem, explain whether the console powers on and whether the HDMI connection has suffered physical damage. More involved faults may need diagnosis before a repair can be confirmed.
Overheating and reliability issues
Unexpected shutdowns, unusual noise and overheating can need inspection and testing. Describe when the problem occurs and whether the console displays a warning. Contact us if the fault is not listed in the catalogue.
Arrange your repair by appointment
We operate an appointment-only mobile service in Exeter and surrounding areas. Console repairs may require workshop equipment or extended testing, so do not assume they can be completed in the van. We will explain the appropriate arrangement and any diagnosis costs before the next step.

Can I walk in or post a console to you?
There is no walk-in shop or public drop-off location. Contact us to arrange collection by appointment, or to discuss whether sending your device is appropriate. Do not send a device until arrangements are agreed.
