Cracked glass, damaged picture or touch problems?
A cracked screen, black areas, lines across the display or unresponsive touch controls can need different repairs. Tell us what you can see and whether the device still switches on. A fault that looks like screen damage may need diagnosis before a replacement is agreed.
The model matters. Similar-looking phones, iPads and laptops can use different displays, connectors and screen assemblies. Have the model name or number ready, and mention any liquid exposure or previous repairs.
Screen replacement prices and availability
There is no single screen-replacement price for every device. The cost depends on the exact model, the repair needed and the parts or screen options available. The booking catalogue shows a price where one is listed, or the next step for a quote or assessment.
Parts availability and repair arrangements need to be confirmed for the job. A listed repair is not a promise of stock, same-day completion or an immediate appointment. If the available options are unclear, contact us before paying.
Mobile repairs or collection in Exeter
iRepair serves Exeter and surrounding areas with mobile visits or collection by appointment only. Some repairs are suitable for a mobile visit; others need collection, workshop work or further testing. The appropriate arrangement depends on your device, fault and location.
There is no walk-in shop or public drop-off location. Arrange the next step through booking or by contacting us; do not travel to the former shop.
Before arranging a screen repair
Back up important files where possible. Describe whether the picture and touch controls work, and tell us about any damage beyond the screen. Do not send passwords in an enquiry.
If your model or screen repair is not listed, call 01392 347414 or email iRepair with the model and symptoms. We can discuss whether a repair, diagnosis or quote is appropriate.
